1st Option opened its doors in August 1997. Led by Julian and Trish Fallon, two sisters who wanted to introduce a new attitude into the modelling industry in Ireland and have succeeded. 1st Option have a well trained, experienced team whose aim is to provide the highest quality representation to its models, artists and celebrities and also guarentees to provide an outstanding service to its clients.

We build our client relationships for the long-term, endeavouring consistently to have the best talent available for them to book. We plan each person's career for the future and we invest in the future careers of all our models.We do not charge any potential model to become a model ever and we set ourselves at international standards. We like to maximise all of our models and artists potential.

We cover a variety of work including editorials, shows, catalogues, commercials and TV shows. We pride ourselves on being a production company as well as an agency. We have produced many Irish and international projects working closely with our clients in Ireland as well as our clients in New York, Milan, Paris, Spain, London as well as many more markets.
